Please complete a form for each single entry. After sending the entry form, a confirmation of your registration will appear. Please print out this confirmation and enclose it to your entry and your copy of the receipt.

We kindly ask you to fill-in precise and correct data, as the entry form data will be used for all materials, publications and press releases.

Payment

The application fee must be paid when the project is submitted, otherwise the organiser will treat the entry as incomplete.

The price for a single entry is 200 € + 20 % VAT (total payment 240 €).

Shipping guidelines

The presentation of the project and/or data relating to it must be sent on CD or DVD. You must also include the competing category of your entry, its title and the body submitting the entry. The information must be sent by November 3, 2008 at the latest.
